Something Fishy Breakfast Buffet, East Wood City

Shameful as it is but I am starting 2016 by buffet-ing! While the rest of the world is starting the year by eating healthy and by going to the gym, I on the other hand am buffet-ing! Facepalm.

I have been here a hundred times so I sort of memorize how everything looks and tastes like here. For this specific visit, this is was my experience... I usually start buffet-ing by scanning each of the food items and then finalizing the ones that tickle my appetite. Before I get judged and get crucified for gluttony I will post my plates for this buffet:

My first plate ( haha there's a second and a third!):

Arroz Caldo, Tokwa't Baboy, Shanghai Rolls, a Siomai and the best from this set, a piece of Asado Siopao. I felt like going Chinese and this plate hit the spot. My mosssst favorite from this set is, yes, the Asado Siopao.

My second plate (I told you!):

Cheesy fries, tomato spaghetti, beef burger steak, a slice of baked ham and a French toast.
You will not believe my love for french toasts that is why I always eat it with anything. Their spaghetti is not the typical Filipino spaghetti so if you prefer the sweet style sauce this may not be OK for you. The baked ham was baked really well, it was chewy but still had that meat texture and it was flavorful!

I did not have anymore space for more after my third plate which I totally felt shameful about so I did not document it anymore. Hehe

Here are the snaps of the food that I would have eaten had there been more space in my stomach:

Soft Bread Rolls

Waffles and French Toast (My favorite!)

Syrups and Sprinkles

Giant rice cookers (They have all sorts of rice.)

All sorts of eggs!

Sardines in plain oil and in tomato sauce

Boneless Bangus

Shanghai Rolls

Beef Burger Steak

Potato Fries in Plain, Cheese and Sour Cream

Tokwa't Baboy

Sweet and Sour Pork

Baked Ham

Asado Siopao and Siomai (They also have Bola Bola Siopao)

Chicken and Beef Mami

For Dessert:

Maja Blangka

Palitaw

Biko

Gelatin

Bacolod Chk-N-BBQ House

I have been to a lot of inasal restaurants yet this is my first time at Bacolod Chk-N-Bbq House. As I write this post I realized that I should have ordered chicken inasal since it is their main dish but I have already picked after deciding to put up a food blog >.< Also I am at a point in  my life where I crave for pork fat. Like the cuties from this one:

Grilled Pork Liempo + Garlic Rice + Atchara

I was already very hungry about the time we ate so I will not write about how it tasted. What I can say is that the pork fat was realll gooood. :D I just realize now that they could have grilled it for 5 more minutes.

This is what Jc had:

Sizzling Bangus + Fried Rice + Achara

He gave me a chop of the fish belly and it was good.

Check out the ambiance:

This was around 10PM on a Sunday night and I used an Iphone 4S for these photos.

I'm no food critic but I say that this place will satisfy one's inasal cravings.

Here's the address of the branch I went to:
